GAP Industries undertook a challenging project involving the decommissioning of 31 ‘end-of-life’ buildings. This complex task involved the removal of Electrical and ICT supplies from these buildings, ensuring the safe transition of assets. Simultaneously, several nearby buildings required re-supplies to maintain operational continuity.

Within this project, we executed a demanding F0064 Fit Out, which included the construction of a new mezzanine level within a warehouse. To support networking needs, Electrical, ICT, and Mechanical HVAC services were strategically installed in specific Build Spaces. This phase of the project required close collaboration with SCEC Consultants and Engineers to establish appropriate zoning during the Design Phase.

Furthermore, a new Main Switchboard was provided and installed, featuring emergency lighting monitoring and BMS techniques. This initiative, led by our Mechanical Electrical Division, contributed to the project’s overall success.
