A critical ICT hub at the Navy Barracks underwent a major relocation, a complex project executed by GAP Industries. The endeavour included the meticulous re-cabling of all fibre optic links and voice infrastructure across the base, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards.

Before the cutover, multiple components such as racks, power supplies, UPS units, and dedicated earthing were expertly installed. The cutover itself was a crucial moment in the project, demanding close stakeholder engagement. We are proud to report that the ICT system experienced only a brief downtime of 3 hours after hours, with no disruptions.

In addition to the ICT hub relocation, GAP Industries provided ICT and Electrical services for an armoury. Following this, the old hub was transformed into a modern Admin and Facilities building, marking the Design and Construct phase. Our team delivered top-notch Electrical, ICT, and Mechanical HVAC services throughout, enhancing the functionality and comfort of the newly revitalized space.
